Individual therapy is a way to radically shift perspective, develop a more accepting and loving relationship to your self, and alter your perspective and behavior. It is also a way to heal from old wounds that hold you back from living the life you want and find meaning when life’s meaning is questioned. Good therapy does, however, take time and part of this time is the establishment of the relationship between you and I. Through our relationship, patterns of self-sabotage, destructive anger, unexpressed feelings, and overwhelming thoughts are explored in an atmosphere of acceptance and curiosity. In individual therapy, my aim is to connect in a way that is healing and challenge in a way that promotes growth and awareness.
